Ed Boerman
Ed BoermanPresident
Ed graduated with a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Tri-State College in 1971. He succeeded his Uncle as President and is a third generation Boerman in the business. He started in the business when he was 16. He was a helper all through high school, was a driver during college, and was the dispatcher and operations manager after graduation. His responsibilities include CEO, sales manager, advertising, and visionary. Ed provides assistance with larger office and industrial moves, and complicated distribution projects. He has served as Chairman of the Bekins Advisory Council, Board of Directors for Bekins Van Lines, Board of Directors of Illinois Movers Association, and President of Illinois Movers Tariff Bureau. Ed is married to Jan and has a daughter Michelle, son Dan and son Michael.
Dan Boerman
Dan BoermanVP of Operations
Dan graduated from Lewis University in 2000. Upon graduation he went to work for Bekins in the household operations department as a traffic coordinator. He worked there for eight months. In September 2000, Dan began working full time at Boerman Moving & Storage. His responsibilities include warehouse management, coordinating special projects, administration of claims, and serving as operational sales support for distribution salespeople. He also is a part time firefighter / EMT.
Mike Boerman
Mike BoermanVP of Sales
Mike joined the company full time in 2004 after graduating from Eastern Illinois University. He first started as a long distance driver in the Bekins system and won driver of the month in April 2005. Then he transferred to outside sales in November of 2005. Since becoming an outside salesperson Mike has consistently maintained a high closing ratio and has received several sales awards from Bekins. His awards have been Presidents Club 2007 and 2008, Bekins Top Ten Sales 2009, Bekins Hit The Target March 2010/April 2010 and Bekins Top Sales Performer for 2012.

Rachel Anderson
Rachel AndersonVP of Administration
Rachel has been working at Boerman Moving and Storage since 1996.Throughout the seventeen years Rachel has held various positions from billing clerk to office manager . In February of 2009 Rachel was promoted to the Vice President of Administration currently handling the finance and reporting processes for Boerman Moving & Storage. Additionally, Rachel supervises all Human Resources aspects of the business including payroll, health care, and 401k administration.
Joe Hagemaster
Joe HagemasterSales Manager
Joe started with Boerman Moving & Storage in 2009.   Prior to joining our team Joe owned and operated Hagemaster Moving & Storage for over 30 years.  Joe sells local and long distance household goods & commercial moves in Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana.  Joe is an active member of MainStreet Organization of Realtors  and is a long loved veteran in the moving industry.

Vince Clemente
Vince ClementeLong Distances Relocation Manager
Vince joined Boerman Moving & Storage in 2007. Prior to working at Boerman Moving & Storage, Vince worked for Bekins Van Lines corporate office as well as another Chicago based Bekins agent. Vince’s responsibilities include long distance dispatch and coordination of day to day operations for Boerman Moving & Storage’s long distance driver fleet. Vince has a very good relationship with the operations department at Bekins as well as many of the hauling agents and has been integral in our success. Vince is married and has two daughters.
Chris Bryne
Chris BryneLocal Relocation Manager
Chris handles the day to day operations of dispatching and managing the local moving crews including drivers and helpers. No job is too small or two big for Chris to orchestrate a flawless move for our customers. Chris comes to Boerman Moving & Storage with 17 years of experience in the logistics and moving and storage business. During his free time Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and four children with one on the way as well as fishing, playing basketball and working out!
Fausto Rodriguez
Fausto RodriguezWarehouse Supervisor
Fausto oversees day to day warehouse operations including management of warehouse staff and storage processes. With over 10 years of experience as an Operations Supervisor Fausto brings industry knowledge and expertise to our 42,000 square foot warehouse. During his free time Fausto enjoys riding his Harley, working on cars and spending time with his family.
Trevor Turvey
Trevor TurveySales Representative/In-Home Estimator
Trevor joined Boerman Moving and Storage in 2014.  Prior to starting at Boerman he worked as a Fitness Sales Representative for Hometown Fitness where he was responsible for contract membership agreements and customer service.  Trevor’s extensive on the job training working alongside Boerman’s expert household movers has prepared him with excellent service knowledge and precise in-home estimating skills.  In Trevor’s free time he enjoys playing softball and watching the Bears and White Sox.
Dick Pryor

Dick comes to Boerman Moving & Storage with 20 years in the relocation industry. Handling your relocation from the beginning through delivery at destination, Dick is hands on with every step of your move process. While working with Dick on your relocation you will see the advantages to working with an expert in relocation industry. In his free time Dick enjoys watching collegiate and professional sports as well as spending time with his family. Dick is a graduate from Western Michigan University where he was Division 1 Defensive End.
Jim O'Dell

Jim O’Dell started in with Boerman Moving & Storage in 1978 as a movers helper.  As Jim’s expertise in the industry grew Jim began to take on new responsibilities.  Jim has been the Director of Packing/Crating and Special Services for 30 years.  When you hire Boerman Moving and Storage to handle your packing, crate a vase or any other specialty pre-move need…chances are you will be meeting Jim O’Dell.  With 35 years of experience it is safe to say that Jim O’Dell is the best in business when it comes to protecting valuables during your relocation.  Jim otherwise known as Uncle Jim has been well respected and trusted in the industry and in our family for years.
Frank Ortiz

Frank started with Boerman Moving & Storage on a local moving crew and through his hard work, dedication and excellent customer service was promoted to a move coordinator position. Frank handles the coordination of the local and long distance process from beginning to end for Joe Hagemaster and Dick Pryor. If it is a question about how to pack and item or a change of date…Frank is there to help. Besides his amazing customer service skills, Frank is also on a winning softball and flag football team during his free time. Outside of the office you can find Frank hanging out with his wife, daughter and son!
Pamela Morris

Pamela is responsible for local and long distance move coordination for outside estimators. Pamela comes to Boerman Moving & Storage with 35 years of logistics experience specializing in customer service. During her free time Pamela enjoys spending time with her two children, 9 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and husband Len! You can find Pamela working a patternless crossword puzzle or needle craft on her weekends!

Pam joined the company in November 2009 and brings with her over 25 years of experience in the Bekins system. She has been assisting customers and selling Bekins Long Distance moves throughout the United States. Pam follows through & monitors all of her shipments from start to finish with great results.

Eric came to Boerman Moving and Storage with over 5 year of experience in the moving industry. Working with another Chicago based Bekin’s agent, Eric was able to get firsthand experience on how to get the job done. Jina is the newest addition to the Boerman Moving & Storage organization.  Jina joined our staff in 2012 and handles marketing and special events.  After graduating from Eastern Illinois University in 2002, Jina worked in the Chicagoland area as a legal recruiter and account executive for a national staffing firm.  Jina brings 11 years of marketing, event planning, networking and sales experience to Boerman Moving and Storage.  Jina serves on the Board of Directors for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and is a member of Mainstreet Organization of Realtors.
Paula Stark
Paula StarkCustomer Service/Billing Assistant
Paula’s responsibilities include customer billing, collections and assisting the VP of Administration.  With 15 years of accounting, collections and customer service experience Paula has been an asset to the Boerman Moving and Storage family.  Outside of work Paula spends her time camping, fishing, reading and enjoying time with her two sons and daughter.

Kelly joined Boerman Moving & Storage following her graduation from the University of Illinois in 2017. Kelly is responsible for the day to day operations in the marketing department as well as business development. Like a Facebook post or attend an event Boerman Moving & Storage is sponsoring and you will see the amazing works of Kelly. Majoring in Communication has given Kelly the skills necessary to take business to the next level. During her free time Kelly enjoys spending time with her fiancé Austin and listening to country music.

Shannon has been with Boerman Moving and Storage for two years.   Shannon is responsible for handling inbound Bekins Direct clients and marketing the Bekins Direct program.  Shannon has been in the customer service industry for over 14 years.   Shannon recently married Joe and settled into their new home.

Jan joined Boerman Moving and Storage March of 2014. By no means a rookie to the business Jan has been married to owner Ed Boerman for 39 years. Jan has been involved in the family business while owning and operating her own women’s medical boutique for 29 years. With Jan’s observant eye and attention to detail her responsibilities in our customer service department ensures customer satisfaction through on-site client visits. In her free time Jan enjoys spending time with her eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
